Products
During the course of a year, GreenLeaf offers over 6,000 different produce items and hundreds of products in Dairy, Cheese and Specialty. We are committed to procuring the best quality products available for the best price. There will always be cheaper, lesser quality products, but we believe the best quality is the best value.

Buying
GreenLeaf buyers are experienced and resourceful. If it is available under the sun, moon and stars, we will find it for you. If you are looking for a particular produce item and your needs are not immediate, we can sometimes have it grown for you.

Selling
Every GreenLeaf customer has a dedicated sales representative. It is the responsibility of each sales representative to be familiar with your special needs and to ensure that your expectations are satisfied.

Informing, Educating, Inspiring
The GreenLeaf Weekly Bulletin, published every Wednesday, previews what’s coming and what’s going for the following week.  Our Monthly Newsletter is designed as a valuable planning tool, providing you with comprehensive information about all GreenLeaf products, including a preview of the following month’s arrivals. We believe a critical part of our job at GreenLeaf is to see that our customers are the best-informed customers. We deliver the Weekly Bulletin and Monthly Newsletter to you on paper with our drivers, via email to your inbox and online here.

Pricing
The market for produce is volatile. Just as prices change every day on Wall Street, prices for produce change every day based on supply, demand and Mother Nature. Greenleaf issues price quotes on Sunday for the forthcoming week which reflect our best estimates of what the market price will be. During the week, price quote changes are emailed to you. Prices will not change without you being notified. Integrity is key to a good working relationship.

Ordering
To ensure we completely fill your orders with the best possible quality products and deliver on time, orders should be placed before 11pm. If you have any questions about items not quoted, or have any special requests, we will accommodate you. Call in advance to check availability and to discuss your options. Our sales team and customer service representatives are ready, willing and able to work with you concerning produce availability for seasonal menu changes and banquet menus.

Delivery
Our trucks are dispatched between 3:00am and 6:00am. We make every attempt to deliver your products when you want them. Communicate your special needs to us. As traffic increases, more customers opt for dark stops and give us keys for delivery – your produce is there, when you need it, no waiting.

Terms
GreenLeaf grants credit to qualified customers. GreenLeaf stands by its product. We offer full credit within 24 hours of delivery. Please notify us with your request for an exchange or credit.
