An early bloomer, Pink Pearls are a diminutive apple with distinctly pink flesh. They have a tart-sweet juiciness excellent for ciders, sauces and baked goods, and they retain much of their blush when cooked. The Pink Pearl's creamy, just-blushed skin belies the bright color inside. Best enjoyed early as it can become mealy with extended storage.
