Heavy cream, fluid milk, soy milk and tofu. Organic and conventional full-fat and low fat yogurts. Butter in all forms, from organic and lightly salted, to European style, to truffled. Whole fresh eggs, egg whites and no-shell eggs. Sour cream, cottage cheese, crème fraiche – all are in stock in GreenLeaf’s dairy department. We go local where we can, and work with dairies and farms with whom we share a common vision of sustainability and agricultural best-practices.
