You’ll find fresh, whole local eggs from Santa Cruz County, and fresh, ready-to-use pasteurized egg whites, along with whole milk yogurt, sheep milk yogurt and organic milk yogurt. European-style, truffled and organic butter is all in stock, as are two kinds of crème fraiche and fresh squeezed juices, too. The following are just a few of our latest offerings. Our latest addition to our dairy selection is Clover Stornetta. We are now stocking a full line of Fluid Milk, Buttermilk, Butter, Yogurt, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese and Block Cheese. Some fluid milk is available in organic versions, too.

Fage Yogurt is simply the most decadent on the market. Rich, incredibly thick, and with that unmistakable tang that only Greek-style yogurt delivers. Available in 10%, 2% and 0%, along with Honey, Peach, Strawberry and Cherry by special order. Redwood Hill Goat Milk Yogurt is made with 100% goat milk, no sweeteners, and has a silky smooth texture and pleasantly bright, clean finish. Wallaby Yogurts are naturally thick and creamy and Bellwether Sheep Milk Yogurt is wonderfully rich and lactose free.

From Eggology you’ll find Conventional Egg Whites and Cage Free Whole Eggs. All are 100% additive-free, fully-pasteurized and exceedingly fresh. And from Glaum Egg Ranch in Santa Cruz, we offer Large Brown Organic and Large White Cage Free Eggs.
