Since 1989 La Brea Bakery has been baking exceptional loaves, rolls and flatbreads, and the La Brea Bakery Par-Baked line puts warm, freshly baked artisan bread on the table in 20 minutes or less. The breads are baked 80%, cooled and flash frozen, and may be stored frozen until needed. A short final bake brings up the deep golden crust and reconstitutes the open, porous structure of the crumb.
